Project overview
Podmax is a podcast studio booking platform for creators and businesses. As part of a subcontracting mission led by the Clickway agency, we worked closely with their team to lead the UX/UI design. The project focused on redesigning the booking flow and the dashboard, with the goal of streamlining the experience, reducing friction, and maximizing both conversion and user retention.
Business problem
Podmax was facing low retention, with users showing little engagement with the dashboard after booking, as well as a poorly optimized booking flow that was limiting conversion.
