Project overview
Roomservice is an accommodation booking platform. As part of a subcontracting mission led by the Clickway agency, we collaborated with their team on the UX/UI design of key pages (homepage, search, and product pages). The goal was to clarify the value proposition, improve offer readability, and increase conversion through a more intuitive and structured experience.
Business problem
Roomservice was experiencing low conversion despite high traffic, particularly on the homepage, search, and product pages, where many users were not completing their bookings.
